The rooms were new and clean. The beds are really comfortable. Since this seemed like a new build the bathroom had a walk in shower with no tub. As an adult with no children, I prefer this. The only negative thing was that our pre checked room was unavailable and we were not notified. They did have a room ready in about 5 minutes. Overall a nice facility with friendly staff.

We had an excellent stay at the Asheville Hampton by HIlton. It was located close to the Biltmore Estate and it was very reasonably priced. The front desk clerk was very helpful and recommended local restaurants and points of interest.

We planned a trip to stay here earlier in November and had to cancel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and said if you come back again stay with us. We did and it was an exceptional experience for Hampton Inns. We've stayed in the other two in Asheville and the Double Tree frequently and they were full so we tried this one. I'm glad we did! The staff, without exception, were just super nice, the place was very clean with no strange smells, the breakfast was good. It was quiet, the room was comfortable and dark for sleeping. I would highly recommend this property.

As soon as my family walked in the door we was greeted with smiles. Front desk staff was very and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and we'll cared for. Housekeeping was always asking if they could help us with things. Everyone we encountered spoke and acted if they had know us for years. We felt so at home with the wonderful staff. Everyone needs to experience this home away from home. We will return.

A new hotel in Biltmore Village...YES! This hotel is a ground up new hotel as of 6/17. Loved the new property and staff. But it's the location off the highway that's really exciting. The proximity to The Biltmore and village is minutes away and walkable.. Also it's less than 10 minutes from downtown and the River Arts District.
Everything about the hotel reflects how brand spanking new it really is. The parking lot is freshly paved with lines. If you're a Diamond member like me you will appreciate the four dedicated spaces.
The lobby is comfortable with a fireplace, cozy furnishings and an office center. On the other side of the wall there is seating for the bar and breakfast. Yes, I said a bar and it's full service and open early and late. Two brews on tap and usually a local. The bartender Jesus was friendly during our few visits.
Check-in was a breeze and all the amenities of the property explained. Luggage carts were present for guest. Two bottles of water is provided if your Silver level, or up. Breakfast, pool, laundry, office center and store to purchase snacks, wine and beer. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. The staff throughout the entire visit were super! I met GM Robert at a Happy Hour social and he provided local tips on breweries and restaurants.
The double room was designed with the latest travelers needs in mind. Tons of outlets, refrigerator a spacious walk-in shower and nice slide out compartments. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The TV worked. House keeping was excellent the entire stay.
The breakfast buffet was not used during my visit, so I can not weigh in on this amenity. However, the Happy Hour was enjoyed one night and it was a fantastic spread with fruits, cheeses, crackers and dips. No complimentary alcohol.
There was one issue. during the stay that prevented the 5th STAR. On my first night it was warm in the room and the climate could not be controlled. After several calls went unanswered to the lobby around 1 AM I was forced to call the main number which answered immediately. The information was taken down and call returned in about 15 minutes with an apology. The next day maintenance personnel advised us it was a high tech motion sensor thermostat that was the culprit. The sensor was turned off since it malfunctioned. The rest of the stay was fine.
I would absolutely recommend this property if your planning an Asheville stay.
