Love Hampton's Consistency
Crisjnon 17/11/2017 15:26Hampton Inn is consistently clean, modern, and has a great hotel staff. I love the fresh smell of the white bedding and the large amount of breakfast choices.
This hotel is located far enough from the highway that I do not think you would hear the traffic noise from your room, but I stayed in an even number room which faced the woods.
I would recommend that you drive down to Ashtabula's down-town area for dinner. There is a charming street of old shops and eateries right on the river and the area is beautiful at night.
Great stay in Northeastern Ohio
Teresa Oon 02/11/2017 03:18Hampton Inn is such a great hotel. While we were there, the hotel was also hosting two colleges for a meet at Spire. The hotel was booked, but all of each received individualized attention! The service provided by every Hampton staff member was timely and exceptional.
We will be back - this is the greatest compliment of all!
Very good choice as close to restaurants and wineries
RobOlsonon 30/10/2017 22:32This property is right off I-90 and US 45. There are quite a few wineries close by, restaurants nearby tooo. Good clean place with good continental breakfast. Front desk staff is excellent. A WSJ is available every morning, except Sunday!
Quiet and great early breakfast
Janis Mon 28/10/2017 16:04I love the Hampton Inn! This one is right off the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby. I was a bit skeptical because there were 2 bus loads of people there and a group of young adults having a poolside Halloween Party. They put us up on one end of the 3rd floor and it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was an early 6am which was perfect for us due to our long trip. They had all my favorites, scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, waffles, homemade oatmeal with all the fixings, fresh fruit, cereals, juices and flavored coffee creamer! We enjoyed it and got on the road bright and early.
Nice hotel close to nearby wineries
anitan141on 21/10/2017 20:00My husband and I stayed here after visiting a few local wineries. The room was very clean and quiet. We were located on the second floor. The breakfast in the morning was not too bad, I had scrambled eggs and English muffin with peanut butter. They also had sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, and several other items. Coffee was pretty good. I would definitely recommend staying here. We even got a beautiful sunrise to greet is in the morning!
