Nothing spectacular.
Young woman who checked us in had a credit card company on speaker. Held her finger up for us to wait. She had 3 young girls watching TV in lobby. Assume they are hers they all were girls looked like young woman.
Finally she looked at us asked our name.
No interaction with us.
I asked about newspaper she said no.
It was a bit Curt.
Our room smelled stale. However once air was turned on it was good. Many fast food restaurant in walking distance. Wind Creek Casino right behind.
Beds are comfortable, rooms big enough for what you use them for. Clean and we'll kempt.
I'd give a zero for customer service, a 4 for room.

This hotel was a halfway stopping point on a trip home. The hotel was very quiet and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and cozy. Just wish there had been more food options nearby besides fast food. But the hotel is definitely one I'd recommend.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. The coffee was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean. I would recommend this hotel. Great location right of the interstate. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was horrible. Greeted with no smile. Left with no come back and see us. Shower head had no pressure so i was cold.food staff wad rushing at 945 to close down the breakfast and i thought that was rude.

Quick Check In and the front desk team was courteous, friendly and professional during the entire weekend! The hotel was full due to an approaching hurricane but the noise level was minimal and there was sufficient parking.
