Very nice hotel. Courteous staff and great location. Close to the Historic Bardstown downtown area and easy access to many bourbon distilleries and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make the hotel better would be a hot tub.

There are many options for lodging in Bardstown but we chose the Hampton Inn and glad we did. Located on the west side of town you are still close to everything and not far from anything. The staff are great, courteous and great for information and directions to where you have plans to do. The beds are comfortable with a good selection of pillow. Rooms are clean and well prepared. When we go to Bardstown again, this will be on the top of my list.

This is a great place to stay while in Bardstown. The rooms are clean and consistent.
The breakfast at this Hampton is one of the better ones for this chain. Lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal in a crock pot. A cooked section, usually with a meat and eggs. They even have a crock pot of rice each morning.

As always, Hampton Inn delivers and this stay was no exception. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. Morning breakfast was plentiful with food hot and delicious. The bed was very nice with soft linens. The room was very clean. We had no complaints about this location. We almost always choose Hampton Inn when traveling and we are never disappointed!

Overall the experience was pretty good, but I think there is room for improvement in a couple of others. Specifically, if it is a non-smoking hotel, then enforce it. If the exterior doors are supposed to be locked at a certain time and only accessible via a key card, then make sure that happens. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, lots of towels, and the breakfast was very good. It was also close to a lot of things we wanted to see.
