Rooms are clean and well appointed. Bathrooms are nice. Front desk staff appeared overwhelmed each time I walked past. Could probably schedule another person to answer the phones during the busiest times so the person on the front desk doesn't appear overwhelmed and guests get to hear a ringing phone while they're checking in or out.

Worst mattress ever. I have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inn's and all of them had the best, most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. In fact that is why I made my reservation at a Hampton Inn because I got tired of trying to sleep on hard mattresses. Imagine my surprise when I went to sleep on the mattress in my room and it was just as hard as the cheaper hotels. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!! I advise you don't either

....it was raining cats and dogs and almost dark and I was totally done. So we pulled into a Hampton Inn in Biloxi along I-10. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and it's off the highway a bit, so it's very quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I may just have to stay again on our way back!

Nice hotel comfortable clean room breakfast was ok not much to brag about. Parking was nice right next to place to eat easy access to highway, not far from beaches really quite and not a noisy hotel. Will be back

I always have a problem with mildew around a tub and soap residue in the soap holders in the tub. There was only 1 staff person available to service a hotel that was full in the evening. That was ridiculous how can 1 person do everything yet in the morning staff was everywhere. Yes I would stay here again
