This property is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The front desk staff knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way. We booked a king room and were surprised how small the room was. We felt claustrophobic in the room. Once we got over the size of the room the stay was fine.

In typical Hampton fashion, it is near a main road(Yamato Road in this case), but far enough distant to seem worlds away! The design of this hotel is unique and different in a good way The hotel is in a "U" shape with the even numbered rooms on the inside of the the "U" facing the Roman era designed pool, providing a great visual experience , and the odd numbered rooms on the outside of the U" facing the parking lot/surrounding neighborhood. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the bed provided us with a great nights sleep! The breakfast was up to the usual Hampton standard, well and frequently stocked with ample choices. Though there is no fitness room on-site, a day pass to the ultra modern Lifetime fitness center next door is included.( I mean literally right next door, too.) The room design was well thought out, space ample, storage areas/closets tucked behind curtains, giving the room and very clean and uncluttered look. Make sure to arrive in time for the afternoon cookies, grab an even numbered room for that great pool view, and if you are lucky Clides will be manning the front desk when you arrive. He was on duty the evening of our visit and was extremely helpful advising us on how to get around town! Great place to stay and we will not hesitate to return if we are in the area again!

Coming home at night while traveling for business isn’t always possible — this is the next best place: convenient, clean, upgraded, &quiet. The staff is nice and caring. It must be a great place to work as I have stayed here several times and I see the same smiling faces every time. They even greet me by name. Thank you — the Ritz treatment without the pomp & circumstance. Feeling good about the surroundings coupled with their attention to detail makes me feel safer.....and the free cookies seem to taste better served with such kindness.

Since weather can be unpredictable, I was attracted to the idea of access to both indoor and outdoor pools. I used them both at the facility next door to the hotel and was absolutely thrilled. In addition, staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and breakfast is good.

Hampton visit was great. the service is always wonderful and the facilities are always clean and refreshing. The staff is courteous and professional. I always know that I'm staying at a quality hotel when I visit Hampton.
