Better going to the competition around the corner is nicer. The rooms here are darker. Although must say they do have a nicer boardroom here. Asked about the skirting of tables they said what you see here is what it is. Didn't seem truly accommodating. Would rather have an event at another hotel. Just an observation. No covered drop off area. Do have a side entrance right into the meeting room spaces. Didn't get a chance to see the rooms.

Please read my Description of my stay I posted earlier. My last night stay was unsatisfactory. Having been in meetings all day that day, I expected to get a good nights rest, unfortunately that was stripped due to infernal noise by Housekeeping. In closing, after being woken up I decided to shower, while in the shower, my door was opened by one of the staff, without hesitation, I raised my voice stating, " THIS ROOM IS OCCUPIED.." I'm sincerely questioning staying at another Hampton Inn. I apologize for the negative feedback. That's what transpired..

The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. We had a smoking room #222. The couch looked like they picked it up on the side of the road. The chairs were outdated. The bathroom wall was missing a piece of baseboard. It appears renovations happened but partially. The hallway on 2nd floor was dingy. The bathroom wall looked outdated but the accessories were new. The curtain rod was a little rusty. The highlight of our visit was the wonderful and sweet ladies who cleaned the rooms on our floor. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The parking lot was clean and we felt safe in the area. The location is perfect for a short visit.

Wonderful Hotel & Suites - wonderful rooms; comfy beds & sofa beds. Free breakfast, coffee, newspapers, . . . Free cocktails & snacks Mon-Thurs. early eve. "Happy Hour" -- and home-baked Cookies before bedtime. So Nice! Staff is Great! Esp. front desk! Very helpful & friendly & welcoming! Our 1st time at Hampton in over 20 years . . . we will happily return here! Thank you for such great service, clean hotel, and very comfortable. Wonderful Welcome to Boynton Beach, our new home! CH

The hotel is located in a great area for shopping and restaurants. It is clean and the staff pleasant. I’ve stayed here several times and the only issue I have is with the complimentary breakfast...it is terrible.
