thomas kon 19/11/2017 12:00new handles for room entry are tricky -some you cannot get open-other than that (if and when you eventually get into your room) rooms were very clean and attractive,decided to stop here on my way back to N.Y. because it was sunday night and i wanted to watch the Patriots/Broncos game. Had another 5-6 hours of driving to go so it was good to take a break and get a good nights sleep. I only stay at Hamptons(hiltons) and most times I am completely satisfied .
Slow/No WiFi
bamarags314on 08/11/2017 12:36Very friendly staff. Acceptable rooms. But you should be warned, if you need WiFi to do work or even just to check emails this place is not your place. I stayed on the 3rd floor and on two occasions I thought if I took my iPad down to the lobby and still not any good. The only thing worse than no WiFi is SLOW WiFi. You’ve been warned!

SleepHappyon 07/11/2017 21:34Nice and clean hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Only issue was that we did not realize there is not a mini refrigerator and microwave in every room. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. But we definitely know to read the amenities offered in each room now. (Travel with a child that requires insulin).

williamy808on 04/11/2017 17:46Great staff, clean room, location was good for my trip. Front desk experience was better than usual. Young lady made sure the rate was the best for me that I qualified for ie AARP, AAA, which I am a member of. Staff in morning were friendly and appreciate of my business. If travel takes me back in this direction this is a good choice for a stop.

I did not make a formal complaint with management because everything else during my stay was satisfactory. Just check your sheets...👍🏼
