No, just no. The only thing this place has going for it is the location (good for homestead, Miami Beach, Everglades) and a free ok breakfast. We only stayed here instead of SoBe because of the closer proximity to the racing championships in Homestead. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was literally a mildew haven. As in, the carpet was damp and our clothes and shoes in an open suitcase also became damp after returning from a day out. We kept our shoes on in the room the entire time it was that gross. Housekeeping said they would pass on this info but never did. Just kept cleaning basically a musty basement room when what we really needed was a dehumidifier and a new room. Also hopefully you are an early riser if you stay here because housekeeping knocked/opened our door each day before 8:30am....
Parking is a nightmare with a really narrow rectangular lot. As in, bring a small vehicle or you might not be able to maneuver. There is a garage of the same footprint located directly underneath for when you find there are inevitably no free spaces.
Hot tub was broken all 4 days we stayed so it didn’t seem a priority to get running.
Staff was overall nice and helpful, and I don’t have a problem staying in no-frills chains like this when you will be spending little time in the room BUT there is obviously a problem with moisture and other cleanliness (and others have experienced similar problems from reading reviews). It looks like the hotel has chosen to ignore these issues and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We won’t be back.

Hotel is conveniently located. Not far from airport, U of Miami, or downtown Coral Gables. Not too far from South Beach and downtown Miami. Close to light rail. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was adequate but lacked storage space. Bed was comfortable. Rate was reasonable.

We took a long weekend away and found this hotel convenient to many restaurants, bars, beaches and to downtown Miami. We will stay again when we visit the area in a few months. The breakfast was outstanding, clean and plenty of places to sit.

Great staff. Clean and good location. Internet never worked though. I was surprised with their breakfast selection....great choices and it changes daily. Pool was unfortunately not available for our entire stay due reconstruction.

the hotel was very clean, well located, people at the reception was nice and welcoming, breakfast was good, specially they had Greek yogurt for the high protein diet people. The bed was comfortable and I had good sleep. I do recommend
