The room was clean, complimentary breakfast was more than adequate- good in fact! Free coffee & tea always available which was an added bonus. Water was also available. Plus if you forgot any toiletries, they were available right at the hotel - very convenient! Staff was extremely hospitable. Comfortable lounge/breakfast area.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and to top it all off the free breakfast was great! The free internet was fast and I had no problems getting my work done. The front desk was very helpful with directions and information on near by places to eat. I would stay here again.

I try to stay at Hampton Inns as much as possible on my business trips if their rate is affordable. This hotel is clean and quiet. Internet fast. They even had a happy hour with good food and beer/wine for guests. Great area. Some good choices of restaurants nearby.

Jacuzzi tub, internet, ice machine, wifi, both elevators, refrigerator - all had problems.
Bathroom vent was dusty and dirty. Lamps were dusty. Too many broken / inoperable items. All beyond staff control.

Upon arrival we found that access to our room on the 4th floor was by stairwell only as both elevators were broken. the room assigned was old and dimmly lit. Despite the low light, the worn, dirty carpet was apparent. the bathroom floor moulding had a thick noticable layer of dust/dirt on it. the staff however did try hard to accomadate the inconveniences posed by the elevators failure.
