Told one thing over the phone but when we arrived we were giving the runaround about check-in. The man at the desk that morning more than less called me a lair about what I was told over the phone just a couple of weeks earlier.

Travel was for one night-business. Close to highway, very clean. Front desk staff was excellent-asked where my meeting was and gave me fantastic directons! Would recommend to others! I will stay here again!

On my last night, I found that my bed was full of hair. The room had been made up, but there was hair on the pillow cases, and between the sheets on both sides of the bed, from top to bottom. It was a mix of long dark and short dark hair. (definitely not mine) It honesty looked like someone had used the bed after the room was made up. Additionally, when I returned to the room at the end of the day, the bath room door was closed and the light was left on, which was not the case on the previous two days. The maids always turn out the lights and leave the bathroom door open. I reported this to the front desk and was given clean sheets and blanket to re-make the bed myself. I also took photos of the situation in case anyone questions my feedback. Very disgusted by the whole scenario.

Front desk young man that checked me in was so great . That was the best part of the visit. The cleaning was just ok, not great. I found some issues in the bed and bathroom. Always a bit off putting. Room was nice. Temp was comfortable, so grateful for that. Bed was too. Hotel was quiet.

The hotel lobby atmosphere was welcoming clean and smell fresh. The front desk staff was friendly and acknowledge you when you walk through the door. I like that. The room was a nice size , the closet door was a full length mirror which I loved. The out door pool area was clean and nice we st out there and hand drink watching the sunset. The breakfast /coffee was hot. You will enjoy your stay at this hotel.
