Never cleaned my room . The manager never called me back after I told them my room wasn’t cleaned with a solution. The never gave me a final run down on my group so I could get credit on my membership.

We selected because it’s pet friendly and not expecting a lot. This place is absolutely wonderful - an example of why we have Hampton loyalty. The walking/jogging path is beautiful.
We plan to keep it on our PA - Florida halfway stop.

Great staff, great location, Pet friendly, awesome place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The kitchen staff create good healthy breakfasts each day. Pet friendly with a lake to walk around, great location in the city. Good shopping nearby and plenty of places to eat. Rooms are clean and comfy. Great beds, and seem to be little if any noise between rooms.

We are regular patron at the HAmpton Inn Franchise. This one had noise problems with rude adults and loud children. Staff made the effort to fix. Breakfast area was crowded and items available seem less that other hotels. Place has been renovated but towel holder over toilet is a head injury waiting to happen.

We loved the spacious room on the sixth floor overlooking Harbison lake. Walking around the lake was an ideal break from a days drive from Cincinnati. Loved the water fowl and the community of residents and joggers around the lake. We had Applebees take out at our room'e dinning table with wind from Greens Beverage - both convenient to the hotel. Real (not instant) made my breakfast a treat. The staff provides hospitality as well as a cork screw for our dinner wine and bottled water for our departure.
