My team always likes to stay here. They never any issues with the rooms or the staff. The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean. Staff always helpful especially their manager . Location is central to what we need and they get their Hilton Honors points

It is very nice to stay in a well maintained Hotel once in a wild . Three weeks out of the month I am in a hotel. This is a very clean hotel . Especially when you walk in the front door the have the front room laid out just right .

I live in Ingleside, TX on 24 August, 2017 Ingleside was issued a mandatory evacuation order prior to hurricane Harvey arriving. As soon as I heard the order I searched my Texas map and looked west. I found Cotulla, TX about 150 miles away then looked up hotels in Cotulla. Hampton Inns was the first hotel I called it had a room available so I booked it. An hour later I called my Hampton Inn asking for another room for my sister-in-law and family. No luck, my hotel was booked solid but the manager, I did not get her name but wish I had, said she would call the surrounding hotels/motels and check for vacancies. She tried for about n hour with no luck. She told me that we could have as many people stay in our room as we felt comfortable with. She said that she understood our problems and that Hampton Inns was there for us. That Hampton Inns would do everything in their power to make our stay as stress free as possible. They even suspended the "no pets" rule. I didn't have a pet but I thought that was very nice. I feel that every employee working during the evacuation should be given a bonus. Everyone of them did their very best for us. All were courteous, friendly, helpful and above all professional. In other words "BRAVO ZULU"! That's Navy jargon for OUTSTANDING!

Awesome staff, great environment! Good clean place to stay with plenty of amenities and services. Morning breakfast always on time and delicious. Helpful and knowledgeable staff members, eager to help in any situation.

I liked the hotel but was surprised that is wasn`t new after reading a review that said the hotel was new. Even though it was an older hotel; the rooms had a new HDTV that was surprising. The AC was cold and the rooms and bed were comfortable.
