Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows and sheets were nice. Bathroom was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was hot and tasty! Staff was very helpful and enthusiastic! Coffee was terrific as well. AC worked just right

Would recommend to anyone! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great!! When I was working out a staff member came in to make sure room temp was comfortable. It was a little warm so they adjusted the temp for me. My battery died and I needed jumper cables. They asked every employee and then sent employees to near by businesses until they found some. I've never had this great of service in a hotel before!!

Greeted very pleasantly, hot coffee in lobby.Rooms clean and neat with a very comfortable bed. Lots of food choices only 5 to 10 minutes away.Would recommend for any occasion. Breakfast hot and welcom

checked in and received a room that was not habitable. The carpet was being cleaned... wet and a big drying fan on floor and the beds were not made. Went back to desk and got a second room. It had an odor which must have been mold. We had driven 600 miles and wheeled all of our stuff into the second room. Thought it would be OK, but we both coughed and sneezed all night. Bad decision... left almost as tired as we were when we arrived. I think they need to super clean room 2 also.

This place is in dire need of repair! Carpets were full of "who knows" hair. Holes in the wall. Wall paper coming off the walls. Staff was nice, but, that didn't make up for how nasty the floors were! Won't stay there again. Will go back to the Courtyard!
