Good experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The exercise room has nice equipment. The evening cookies were a nice touch. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would stay here again when I can’t find a room in the downtown area.

We often stay at Hamptons as we appreciate the consistency and quality and this one was no exception. Several things stood out though. First Monique who welcome us and checked us in did so many things right - warm welcome, easy check in, offered us bottled water, did not tell us our room number as someone was standing right behind us and offered explanations to our questions - she was outstanding. Second- such a quiet hotel, noise proofing around all the doors and doors that don't slam shut, Third, I really liked the layout of the room especially the built in cabinetry and desk. I had not seen this at another Hampton. Finally, a decent sized salt water pool - all to myself. What more could I ask for? A great, but all too short stay.

Hotel and staff were great, but terrible lack of information on getting their shuttle from airport. I even called the number that I could find for the Hampton Inn from New Zealand the day before just to check, since I couldn’t find any information on how to get the shuttle. I was told there was no information and I should just ask at the airport for where to catch the shuttles.
I arrived after dark to DIA and waited outside in cold wind. The shuttle finally came after 20 or 30 minutes. Later found out from the morning shuttle driver that you have to call to get a pick up from the airport or they don’t come. Luckily another family had called, so I got a ride.

Great hotel. Only negative was the van driver from the airport played loud rap music all the way from the airport to the hotel. All other staff was excellent, including the driver from the hotel to the airport

reservation was easy, car parking was simple and inexpensive. after a 2 week trip out of the country is was nice to be welcomed by friendly staff that were very efficient at their job. from van driver, housekeeping, food service staff, and front desk, we saw nothing but friendly happy people that made the stay so pleasant. we have stayed here before and we will anytime we can when we fly from DIA
