Easy check-in and out. The hotel is very nice, clean and convenient for travel. There is construction work on the road in front of the hotel, but still easy access to the parking lot and we did not hear any of the construction noise while inside. Was wonderful that there was a free dinner of lasagna, salad, garlic bread and cookies. It was wonderful to settle in for the evening and not have to go out to eat. Our room had a wonderful shower, seems much safer than stepping over the side of a tub.

Clean, courteous, great light dinners and breakfasts and FRESH cookies....front desk attendant was very courteous, engaging and BUSY...she took care of the front desk AND the food area. She was in a good mood the entire time...

nice hotel for the price. rooms were fresh, well maintained and clean. breakfast was the usual for a hotel free buffet, nothing special. hotel lacks a hot tub which was very disappointing. Road construction out front made it a little challenging to access.

the room key card kept losing is programming (one time was my fault having the card next to my phone) and staff constantly complained about antiquated equipment. It was obvious between the card programmer from the 80's and the computer monitors sitting on card board boxes and the north door lock broken despite the sign right next to the door saying that its always locked for safety. the wifi signal was virtually unusable on my phone ***and computer***, coffee residue in the hot water pot. divot in the matress. loud music until 3am (it was only one night or i would have left the next night). except for the bugs the room was very well kept, i understand the house keepers dont deal with or probably even notice bugs its more of a management problem spending the money for regular extermination. all the problems with this place is a direct result of poor managment!

Arrived late on the drive back from Colorado toward home. We poured ourselves into bed after quick showers and woke to enjoy the free breakfast, then back on the road. It was everything we'd expect from a Hampton and just what we needed.
