I have stayed at this property several times and they always meet my expectations of this chain. Staff friendliness and helpfulness adds to making this a good choice. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and medical services

This hotel is always the one we stay at in Grand Island. It's very well maintained and the staff are very helpful and always friendly. The breakfast is always good and well maintained. I used the complimentary internet which was a little slow but I didn't need it for long and it did what I needed it to do.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it seems a little older, it was very clean, service was great, and the room was quite comfortable. I was offered my choice of snack and drink as a Hilton member, and the front desk staff seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming. The bathtub in the room was FANTASTIC - I don't think it's a standard feature but it would absolutely be worth a few extra bucks to me even if it is an upgraded room type. I checked in late at night and had an early flight the night morning, so I really only had the room for maybe six hours, and I probably spent three in the tub, watching tv and utterly relaxing! I'd definitely come back to this hotel if I had another trip through the Grand Island area.

Typical Hampton Inn Stay - courteous, professional staff, comfortable bed, clean room, with normal Hampton Inn breakfast. Grand Island is a few miles off the interstate so you need to drive in a few miles to get to things. There was a Texas Roadhouse across the way for a decent dinner.

We were very satisfied with the accommodations at this hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and a mall.
