Stayed thee for three nights. Room was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. The staff was excellent, especially Traci Collins, she was very helpful and seem to go out of her way for everyone. Would stay there again.

It's pretty obvious by the previous reviews that this hotel once had some problems but it appears to be under new mgt as well as a new name. We had a great experience! Check in was easy (front desk is very nice)...the rooms were very clean and we slept well. I would 100% stay there again! (Only suggestion is maybe to put a towel hook within reach of the shower...we were in room 312...which is a handicap accessible room...and with it being bigger the towel storage is far enough from the shower you have to get out of the shower)

The hotel was easily accessible, and the desk clerk was friendly, but a bit confused. I was traveling for business and my room was to be paid for in advance. The desk clerk told me the rate of the room and asked for ID and credit card. To make sure there was no misunderstanding I told her the room should be paid for, and that I understood I needed to give a credit card for incidentals. She told me the room was not paid for and that she would have to charge my credit card and check with the manager in the morning because it was not indicated in her system. It was late in the evening and I gave her my credit card and ID, and then she hands me a piece of pre-printed paper, with my name, and the company who paid for the room and how they paid for it. It was not something she printed! The paper was lying on the counter next to her keyboard. I began to quiz her regarding the room, pointing out that the paper she handed me, which she did not print had all of the information I had shared with her regarding the room!!!! It was late, and she seemed not to grasp what I was saying, nor did she desire to grasp what I was saying. I went to the room, and found it reasonable, until I got in the bed!! The mattress was as hard as a brick, and it was slipping and sliding on the box spring, and the platform of the bed (which appeared to be too small for the mattress). I COULD NOT SLEEP! Finally I got up at 4:45 am and read until I began to prep for my engagement. I dare not try the breakfast that was included. Upon exiting, the young lady on the front desk (different from the evening before) was having problems with the computer-it could not print the bill and she said she would email it to me!!! I'll be checking my credit card statement for any issues. YIPES!!

I had stayed here for one night. Everything was great except the water. The water smelled really swampy and I almost didn't even want to shower here. It left the whole room smelling like it. A.C. worked great. Bed was comfy. Room was nice. It took a little while for someone to come to the desk to check me in.

It was very late and we were just passing through. The outside looks very nice and the lady working in the lobby was super nice. They put us in the first room which had a very bad ant problem. There were lots of them. So we went across the hall to our next room. There was animal hair all over the carpet, even on the desk in the corner. So we moved to the next room which was better but still just so so. The tile in the bathroom was coming up and the sink didn't drain well at all. Again, the young lady working was very apologetic and kind but probably won't be going back. I think she did refund our money.
