Great one night stay

Wonderful Hampton. My husband and I checked in late for only one night. Front desk gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. It appeared the one guy was in training but he did a great job. I had booked a king with a sofa and to our surprise when we got to our room, they upgraded us! We were sad that we were getting in so late and had to be up early for a conference to check out!
Breakfast was fully stocked at all times and everything was clean and neat from the common areas to our room. We would gladly stay at that location again and recommend it for the upcoming holiday travelers.
No suite, no drinking glasses

They called our room a hospitality suite, but it was actually just a really big room. The "Kitchen" just had a small microwave and no eating or cooking utensils. The only things to drink from were cardboard cups. I couldn't help comparing this place with the Homewood Suites across the street, which have all the things this place lacks.
Highly recommended.

Only suggestion: Front desk staff should wear a Hilton blazer or cardigan to provide a polished and more professional look. This is done in Hampton Inns in Mexico and adds a touch of class.
Revisit the availability of herbal teas as in the past.
Friendly staff, very clean

Beautiful rooms, very clean; possibly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was very friendly when we checked in. My adult son and I were both commenting on how clean the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were. Stayed after 12 hour road trip and slept very well.
Missing a few important things

My boss and I stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn while attending a conference in October 2017.
The lobby area is very lovely and updated, giving a nice presence to the hotel. Our check in was average, with nothing really remarkable to note.
The hotel is lacking a hot tub, which is so sad. The exercise facility is very small and cramped. But the pool is nice.
The rooms are average sized but do offer amenities such as a refrigerator and a microwave. There are plenty of outlets. The lighting is a little dim even with all of them turned on, which does make it hard to study.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. Arriving at 7 am to eat, most of the foods were already gone. There was no one maintaining the area, so it was messy with dropped food. The oatmeal on day one was just milk with a few pieces of oatmeal. Luckily, day two was much better.
Our stay was average at Hampton Inn. I would not mind staying again as the hotel itself is nice.
