Finding hair on bathroom shower walls are unacceptable! Customer service skills are important and all staff were courteous, pleasant and professional. How to be effective in daily cleaning must be a priority as well as training.

The Hampton Inn in Anniston/Jacksonville is in a great location for enjoying the Chief ladiga/Silver Comet trail. The complimentary breakfast will provide fuel for the day. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the internet is available for staying in touch. I will definitely book this hotel again when biking the trail.

Fourteen of us biked the Silver Comet and Chief Ladiga rail trails. This Hampton Inn was the best of the hotels/motels we stayed in from Smyrna Georgia to Jacksonville Alabama. The hotel was bright, clean, and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The guest rooms are large and everything seemed quite new, including the mattresses. The hotel is a bit off the trail - requiring a couple of miles of riding on city streets - but the hotel was was extremely accommodating to cyclists, having no problem with bicycles in the lobby and the guest rooms. Overall, a great choice for anyone riding the Chief Ladiga trail in need of a room for the evening.

This hotel is always so accommodating and friendly. Love the staff. View from our room was beautiful. The breakfast manager could not have been friendlier - so cheerful and inviting so was a pleasure heading down for breakfast. GREAT creamer flavors too.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. We never had a problem with the service we received. They were all very helpful whenever we had a question. When we had an issue with room key, they reprogrammed them for us very quickly. Everyone from the check in, cleaning service, and the lobby/restaurant staff was extra nice.
