Housekeeper banged on our door twice in a 2 hr span to see when we were leaving after we were out late the night before. Checkout wasn't till noon but she started around 9 am banging on doors. All the other staff was wonderful. Just sucked getting woke up after a good partying night.

Cleaning staff was fantastic! Always friendly, asking if we needed anything. Front desk made lots of errors. Overcharged us for first night, but resolved after I continued to complain! Then booked someone else in our same room. We were in room getting ready, someone else walks right in with key! Front desk calls a few minutes later, wanting to know who we were and when we checked in?!? They had no problem charging me for room, but then couldn't seem to find us in the system. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a first or 2nd choice, but it was Ga vs Fla weekend and there wasn't much to choose from. Beds were comfy and room was very clean though. That's why my rating was a lil higher, based on all the problems we experienced.

The hotel is conveniently located except when the bridge is closed for repairs the staff is lovely the breakfast is ample the television in the lobby is always on with a nice cup of coffee waiting for you

OK stay, Everything was average. The check in process was quick and easy. The front desk person was extremely helpful and provided me with some water bottles. If needed to come back to the area, I will probably stay there again.

Great location, good breakfast, easy to get to downtown due to tram being in back parking lot. Redoing the hotel due to Hurricane Irma--sheetrock being ripped out, etc. Some bugs due to this as well. But they are in the process of getting everything back to normal.
