I enjoyed a one night stay here and I can't thank the front desk enough. I wish I had gotten the name of the girl working my check-in, because she was so pleasant. The hotel is in a really nice location - close to shopping and several dining options. The room was clean, and the pool/hot tub were in great condition. This hotel blew the others that I stayed in while in Ohio away....and they were higher end (Double Tree and Homewood).

Lancaster has a lot of history surrounding it and we were in town to explore it. The staff seemed genuinely interested in you and your comfort. You may want to ask for a room facing away from the highway, I have been told that this may be an issue for some. Clean room and great breakfast. Exceeded my expectations, a pleasant surprise!

It is disappointing that this Hampton Inn falls below my expectation. The carpet is old and smelly, and the hallway is dark and unwelcoming, Filter in spa is always broken. Quality of breakfast is below average. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurant. It took long time for hot water during shower.

We like to stay at the Hampton because we can always count on it being clean and a nice breakfast in the morning. The kids love to swim and we like to relax in the hot tub in the evenings. The hot tub was not working and I was very disappointed. But the room was very clean and nice also the breakfast was top-notch. The front desk staff was average not overly friendly but not rude. The breakfast staff was extremely nice

this hotel was very nice. I was not expecting this at all. but the staff were very friendly and the rooms super clean. We stayed the one night for a wedding. online check in and being able to choose my own room was a great feature. the only issue we has was to log on to the WIFI, but I would defiantly stay again.
