Room Maintenance
877selinafon 15/11/2017 18:14The room I stayed in, the window frame is broken. At first I thought the noise outside was just normally loud and could not bring myself to complain as the guest service doesn't really have control over the exterior noise coming from the restaurant and/or shopping center. However, the second night (which was a Saturday) was unbearable and so I decided to take a look outside the window to see what was going on and noticed the frame was broken from the inside which aloud the noise to be captured inside the room rather loudly. I could not get a wink of sleep and was unable to attend the event the following day, in which I initially went to Laredo for. I packed my bag and drove back home early the next morning with much needed sleep. Additionally, the vending machine on the second floor indicates 99.95 for a water or drink. At first I thought this was ridiculous and put money in the machine to get a water, but it only allowed for the full 99.95 to be put in the machine to retrieve the refreshment. I will never again stay at this hotel.
Just the average Hampton
Owen Don 08/11/2017 17:37Nothing exciting here except easy walk to a couple of chain restaurants. The night clerk was very nice while I found the day group more average. As to the room, it was just average... clean! Very close to the highway so bring some white noise.
watermelon anyone
Veryl Hon 25/10/2017 16:11I had to ask to get fruit tray for breakfast and rather than the usual Hampton Inn Great breakfasts and good fruit this one could only muster up all watermelon tray....can't get any cheaper than that....and personnel seem to begrudge having to bring that out....and the next morning again, no fruit tray....what's up with this Hampton Inn.
No Hot Water
E6554IGdavidgon 11/10/2017 19:24No running hot water for two days did not want to give a discount for stay. They did not even know the problem until we called them. When we asked for a discount they said they could not give us one. I will never stay there again, not sure if I will use this hotel in another town or state. Have you ever taken a cold shower?
