I stayed there twice in October. The first time I was alone and the desk clerk was very rude upon my check-in. Gave me a difficult time because the reservation was in my husband's name. Advised him I had never had an issue at any Hilton before and he argued with me. The bed linens were not clean, but I was tired after a 13 hour drive so I slept on top of the comforter.
I returned with my husband for s second visit hoping the first time was a fluke. This time again the sheets were not clean. We will not be returning and will not for the Hampton at Valley Forge when we come to visit our son.

Stayed here for a weekend of work. While it was lovely to be upgraded to a suite, the room had some major difficulties. Because the hotel was sold out I simply had to deal for the weekend.
First and most importantly, you should feel safe in your room. The door to my room had a great deal of trouble closing. This was acknowledged by the night desk clerk. I should not have to bodyslam it and lift it up, straining at the lock, to get it to click shut so that I can use the safety latch. I should also not have to shoulder it to get in even with a room key.
The shower was never any more than lukewarm, and the showerhead did not work properly… One tired stream or patter of rain so weak that it was impossible to get decently clean or my hair sufficiently washed.
Breakfast was as it always is at a Hampton, plastic and only serviceable. I took one look and skipped it, opting only for coffee in order to get me out the door for my weekend at work.
The staff was kind, and apologetic, but that doesn’t make up for the shortcomings. Next time, though it is farther away from my worksite, I’ll go back to the splendid Hilton Garden Inn at Valley Forge Oaks, where everything is pristine, and If there is a problem, there is always someone on hand to fix it without excuses.

Came to the area for a short one week vacation to visit family in the area. Perfectly located to all of the people I had to visit. All the staff were professional, friendly, and responded quickly to anything that needed attention. Will come back next time I'm in the area. Complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Room was fine and up to Hampton Standards.
Breakfast was fine and normal for Hampton Inns.
Staff was friendly - as usual for Hilton properties.
Internet was horrible - one of the worst i have used (have over 150 night/year in hotels)

Very disappointed with this stay. Front desk agent during the day shift was very rude. Does not understand customer service. Did not have means of providing solution to simple problem. Expected us to stay in a room with non functioning toilet.
