Through misinformation, I was charged a higher rate than originally reserved. When I tried to resolve with hotel staff, I was informed I had to call customer service who then told me to talk to the hotel staff. My issue was never resolved and I gave up. Very frustrating

I like this Hamption Inn. It's close to food and friends. We were able to conduct business in a comfortable atmosphere. I'd stay again. The hotel is clean and the employees ready to help out. I slept well. The rooms were quite. Who doen't like a hotel near a Cracker Barrel. Ha Ha.

When traveling to Lincoln to visit our family we always try to stay at the Hampton. The rooms and accommodations are always neat, clean and ready for us upon our arrival. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. Great Facilty, thanks again to the staff for al their hard work keeping the facility in good condition and making our stay a wonderful experience.

Spent the night trying to keep from sliding out of the bed. The bed sloped to my wife's side and she is the lighter of the two of us so I know it was the beds fault. The rest of the hotel was average for a Hampton Inn.

I needed to stay the night along I-55 on my way back to Chicago from St. Louis. This Hampton is one of the best I have stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good, the rooms clean. Everything was great. Will stay again on my back and forth between the cities.
