Excellent friendly service. All staff was kind and hospitable. Breakfast was tasty and provided enough variety. The staff in the breakfast room was delightful and interacted with all the guests . My room was spotless

We were without water, we had a flood in the house after a pipe burst in the slab. I️ called after making the reservation on Saturday morning (8:00 AM) and explained our families situation and asked if there was any chance I️ could check in right away so we could get some showers. The young man at the desk was awesome. He found a room that was empty and ready for early morning occupancy.
We ended up staying for two nights and never slept there. We have twin 14 year old teenagers that live in the shower. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and ease some of the anxiety out of the ordeal. The maids made sure we had extra towels and anything else.
This whole team works hard to make you happy.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would!! Totally unacceptable customer service. Staff did not truthfully informed my husband that he could not pay for a room for his family while deployed because he could not attend funeral. Hotel staff took his credit card information as if she was providing a service. We don’t know if she took my husband credit card information for personal use.

The toilet leaked on the floor and the maintenance repair did not work The bathroom sink would not drain and the repair did not work. The maids carried a bucket with cleaning spray bottles and they would put the toilet brush in the bucket as well. The toilet had no cup to protect it from spreading germs. The spray bottles all had feces and dirty water on them which then gets on all the bathroom counters, tubs, and furniture surfaces etc. One bucket I saw had a inch of gross dirty water on the bottom and she would drip this water all over the floors, rugs, etc. Breakfast furniture needed to have the fabric steamed cleaned. The many stains all grow bacteria after only three hours time. Any professional cook knows about bacteria growth and you touch the stains with your hands before eating. The maids clean the toilet bottom bowl and then with the same rag they do the seat, lid plus orher parts. Very disgusting !

Beds are hard and pillows go flat so bring your own pillow. You must stay in your rooms from 10pm to 6am. Otherwise the breakfast is nice, good workout room and helpful staff. They do have wifi but if you are on it with your phone and you can't get email, just get off the wifi and you will be able to get your email. Or use their laptop in the room behind the front desk. Then you can read your email and print it.
