F4844YJmarkdon 20/11/2017 20:37This was my first time visiting Monterrey and I was there on business. The location nice and close the airport. However, the restaurant in walking distance was a Chile's. I can't say it was really authentic Mexican food.
Location is fantastic and the staff was very nice
ScottieCarrieon 02/11/2017 18:05Very good location with food options close. Shuttle drivers are very willing to help out in any way they can as well. Glad to see the remodel, it needs it. Hallways were kinda musty smelling but room was good.
Great hotel close to the airport

shuttle! 2 restaurants in the parking lot Chili’s and a Mexican restaurant Los Fresnos, both which are good choices. The breakfast was plentiful with quite a few options. There is a bar on site, security, and a pool, which I didn’t get to use but it looked well kept. Hampton Inn beds and bedding, nice walk in shower and spacious bathroom. This is a good choice when traveling for business! We traveled to Guadalupe each day and it was around a 25 minute drive.

rogerkeithdon 16/10/2017 11:01Had a very pleasant stay, with rooms maintained in a very clean and orderly manner. Pool was relatively clean, chemicals were maintained; although blown in grass and leaf debri did occur on one occasion.
Used to be a good hotel

I stayed for a few days and was able to see the before and after. No improvement actually.
Rooms were old and dirty. Lots of stains on carpet and furniture, plus bad odors. Honestly I stay frequently in Hilton chain hotels, but this is the last time for me on this one,
