Scott Son 06/11/2017 09:48Anytime that I stay in Ottawa, IL for business or pleasure I make sure that I stay at the Ottawa, IL Hampton. The simple reason, is the service. I never have had bad service at this location. Always the best. They suggest places to go for entertainment that are always perfect. No hassle and easy to deal with.

The person checking us in was new to her job, but did a wonderful job! She gave us the names of a couple of places within walking walking distance to go for dinner. All in all, it was a good weekend!
Weddng stay
Sheila Lon 24/10/2017 19:08We enjoyed our accommodations at the Hampton Inn in Ottawa Illinois. We stayed three nights. Our family came from out of town, Wisconsin, Alabama, northern Illinois and we all had a great stay. The weather was rainy and hotel power went out, but stuff like that happens. We still managed to dress and get ready for the wedding. We also had our beloved pet with us and so did out out of town family. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food for breakfast was of a good quality. The coffee was great. We loved the ambiance. Some of our party were able to have time to swim and that was a good experience for them.

judithb45665on 22/10/2017 17:12The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. The comfort of the bedding and mattresses was excellent ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptional both for quality and selection. Excellent coffee, also!
