We were referred to this hotel by my surgeons office because of its proximity to the nearby hospital. I am a Hilton Honors Member anyway, and stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I would like to commend this hotel for granting discounts to guests and their caretakers who are having a medical procedure performed at the nearby hospital. You have to have a referral from your doctor, but it's a wonderful benefit that the Hampton provides. Well done!!

In the Rochester area to celebrate our son's birthday...the location was perfect for getting around to all the places we needed to see. Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel is in a good location easy access from major roads in the Area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs to be updated. The room was cluttered with extra furniture and the room lacked ANY place to hang your clothes. No clothes bar or hangers or any type of furniture in the room for this purpose. As it was chilly when we were there we had no place to even hang our coats let alone a dress or suit. The mattress was not the most comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. The breakfast was excellent every morning and the pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Overall a we had a good stay thanks to the staff which were over the top in kindness and helpfulness.

We had a family wedding in Rochester this past weekend. We had family staying at the Hampton and Hilton-we compared amenities and the only difference is the Hilton had a hot tub attached to their pool and the Hampton had a better complimentary breakfast. Hampton won!

Great stay, 100% recommend. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice and clean. bed very comfy. Just awesome all the way around! I would recommend without a doubt. No matter when I stay there it is always pleasant!
