This is 2nd time we ststed my Dr is in Va so it's a long drive so we stay at Wingate because it is verry close to my Dr this time the whole experience was bad I rate a zero we were there for me to have surgery so I could not eat or drink nothing after midnight about 1125pm I asked my husband to go vending machine and get me a water well he did it was hot the machine was broken then he came back to get ice bucket to cool it so I could drink it the ice machine was broken by this time it was 1135pm I called down and got operator I explained situation he said he could go to the 3rd flood or come down to lobby to purchase another drink I told him no I have one so my husband had to chase down a water by time he got back it was 1145pm I had 15 min to drink my water. I'm so disappointed in the reception there. So by the time he got back I was so upset. The stress of trying to get a cold water. In time of need. This was not a pleasure trip I was having surgery. I went down stairs to check out the next morning I explained what happen they acted like they did not care did not apologize or anything I'm highly disappointed in your hotel.

I like the amount of seating spaces in the lobby and breakfast areas. Generally ok hot breakfast (premade cheese egg omelets, potatoes). Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I liked being near the Springfield Mall and getting some quick shopping done. In general, I was surprised at how nice this Wyndham property is compared to previous experiences at other Wyndham properties.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was a prime location as the mall is minutes away. There you will find great restaurants and shops. The hotel is in a nice, quiet spot.

The stay was good in general.
We asked for a crib and we got it within minutes, howver, it was a mess and we endded up not using it.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. All the coffee ,hot chocolate and hot tea you could want,and available at all times in the lobby.Very good breakfast and lots of variety Staff was helpful at all times and shuttle to and from the Metro easy to access morning and evening. This was our second time here andWould definitely stay there again.
