Best hotel stay ever
Michelle Jon 12/11/2017 21:36Clean large room and bathroom, microwave and large refrigerator, easy to access internet connection. Housekeeping staff for polite and helpful. The front desk staff were all friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of food and variety. The person providing the food showed great interest in making sure guests were happy and satisfied. They had iced cucumber water, hot beverages, popcorn and baked cookies in the lobby. Every time we came in and out of the hotel we were greeted like we were coming home. There were several groups that weekend and the staff took care of everyone. Great place...I'll definitely be back.
Great Stop Along I-70
roadtrip1902on 27/10/2017 15:51Rolled into the hotel at 2:30 in the morning, and was greeted by Todd at the front desk -- who was very friendly and capable. You can tell he likes his job! Also, we met Natalie at breakfast -- she runs a very efficient breakfast area. The food remains well-stocked and she is very friendly! There is some outside construction that did nothing to diminish the comfort of our stay. Very nice people and a spotless property. Thanks for a great stay!
Clean and Cordial
Dave Hon 26/10/2017 17:43The check in staff was polite and helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions. The rooms were clean and all ammenities fresh and in place. We stay in town for a nearby wedding and all wedding guest were booked on the same floor which made visiting with friends and relatives easy and comfortable. I will recommend and probably stay here again. Thanks.
Excellent staff, uncomfortable bed
S2703LElisahon 24/10/2017 16:17Very clean, fresh room. The staff was excellent and friendly. Our bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the water pressure was low in the shower. Family members in other rooms had no complaints about the beds so maybe we were just unlucky. The free breakfasts were substantial with many tasty options. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd stay again and hopefully get a softer bed this time.
Great hotel stay
chrisy352on 16/10/2017 14:48We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the amenities were more than could have been expected. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone having to stay in He Springfield area.
