This location is great and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet, and breakfast was wonderful. It is nice to know that end of a busy day we can relax and be comfortable.

We could not have found a cleaner and neater hotel! Top quality! The hotel is up to date, and extremely clean! Even the corners in the bathroom were clean. Every area of the staff was very courteous, and made us feel at home.

My friend and I stayed at Hampton while attending a church conference. Our service was most excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was most helpful, the room was very clean and the complementary breakfast was beyond anyplace I have stayed.

I called the Hampton Inn South Springfield last week to book a room. I was told I could not use AAA as a discount because they had used all they were allowed. When I asked to get a discount through AARP I was told the same. I then asked if being a Hilton member would get me a discount and told they could not do that either and maybe I should check online! The lady I talked to was not very helpful or knowledgeable.

I found the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable. Nothing too special but definitely a clean well kept choice and the staff will try to help in any way that they can. I don't have many reasons to go to Springfield but if I do I will be back at this hotel
