Will definitely use this hotel again. Courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast, clean rooms, not noisy, comfortable beds. Pet friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here again during the new year.

The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The hallway on the 3rd floor was frigid. Never been to a hotel with such cold hallways - a waste of AC. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was large with plenty of seating. Lots of military and military families stay at this hotel. The location is surrounded by farm land. The cotton was being harvested during our stay

I don’t think anyone used the pool or hot tub bc they were gross all week. We had planned to destress and kept checking and it was not cleaned. Poor meal options for vegans, loud top floor guests, front desk staff hard to find, pet hair in the room, housekeeping staff were excellent!

I've stayed twice now at this hotel. Both times were for family gatherings (funeral). The lobby and breakfast areas are perfect for folks to visit and commune. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is really nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast is good. I greatly appreciated that during check-in, upon learning we were there for a funeral that we were offered discounted bereavement rate. My cousins, who were there with dogs. While visiting in the lobby, another nice gentleman from the front desk asked if it would be okay to offer them treats, and then did. Super nice.

Not sure if it's just a bad time of year or what but I have never seen as many bugs in one place. They are in the parking lot, the lobby, the corridors, the rooms. It's not roaches but some kind of small black flying bug.
