Service and staff were exceptional!! Would stay here again!! Beds could have been a little softer but that may just be me. Rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel was centrally locates and convenient to restaurants. Very close to UNA.

The only thing typical about this hotel was the breakfast. The staff and room were both wonderful!! We arrived early , the staff let us check in. I accidentally forgot a few things from home, they had it available. I needed help with my Hilton Honors and they helped. The beds were among the most comfortable I've ever had when travelling. And it was quiet!!!!

My husband and I visit Florence quite a bit on weekend getaways. We stay at this Hampton Inn each time we visit, and we are never disappointed! The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are always spotless. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Loved going "home" at the end of each day
The room was very spacious with a sectional sofa and a comfortable workstation. There was a mini bar area with a microwave mini fridge and sink. Two very comfortable queen beds. Lots of room to yoga. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It is located close to the center of Florence so it is easy to get to restaurants and other activities in the area but not right on a busy road so it is quiet. The complimentary breakfast offers many items so you can get what you like.
