It seemed like the answer was always no when I would ask for something. Our shower was not working and maintenance was already sent home, our options were to move to a king size suite for our 4 person family. Not a good option. Second choice, wait until maintenance comes in at 8am, then maybe get to take a shower. Not a good choice, my daughter had an early soccer game and she needed to shower. Third choice, use the shower in the king suite, but stay in the 2 queen suite. This was a better option, but by this point, we were really upset. My husband was able to get the shower working. We left the do not disturb sign on our door and maintenance still came into our room. I was very disappointed in that. I asked for a late check out because my daughter’s last game on a Sunday was at 3:45pm, the answer was no again. I understand the hotel was booked due to the tournament, but we really needed a place to relax. My other complaint was our tv kept losing service every 10 minutes. That problem was never fixed. On a positive note, the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The women working the breakfast were really helpful and were willing to show us ingredients to see if the food was safe for my daughter. Overall, I would not choose to stay here by my choice, but if our team chooses this hotel, I will have no choice.

From check in to check out everything was perfect besides any elite status recognition. Charging even for water! Breakfast was simple but hit the spot perfectly. Bedding as comfortable pool was great for those who went. We slept great!

I'm staying in this hotel for business whenever I'm in the Chandler, AZ area. The hotel offers all the services I need, it's clean, has all the facilities needed and located right near by the center of Chandler. I think the game changer is really the great staff in this hotel that are able to address any request or issue you have while you're away from home...

My family and I stayed during our road trip of Southern Arizona. Great location off the freeway. Very nice accomodations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious and modern. Great start to our trip. Breakfast had so many options to choose from. Was very impressed with their hot foods.

After having eyelid surgery I needed a place to stay. Doctor's office recommended Hampton Inn & Suites. It was close and near restaurants. It fit our needs exactly. The room was dark which was needed for my recovery.
