The staff at this Hampton Inn never cease to amaze me with their high level of customer service and warmth they show me. I haven't stayed at the hotel in over 9 months, but upon arrival, the staff greeted me as if I'd seen them yesterday. Thank you and keep it up!

The staff here beginning with sales are outstanding! This is an excellent location in Wilmington for Conference and Meeting Facilties. Well lit parking lot with Plenty of Parking, Great location and customer service second to none!

I had a wonderful stay here while visiting our daughter in Wilmington North Carolina. Loved the comfortable bed and nice breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again. Everyone was so helpful and kind!

Nice, clean hotel. I am not a fan of the microwave foods for breakfast but cereal was good. They did have a variety of stuff though. Desk clerks and lady in kitchenette area nice but hotel sales guy rude as hell!! He irritated me with his arrogant attitude.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stayed one night. Unfortunately, we had a room on the first floor which was not ideal. The ceiling height of the room was higher than average so it felt cavernous. We also faced the parking lot so we constantly heard cars coming and going. The room itself was average but very clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the HVAC unpredictable. The complimentary breakfast was the usual fare - powdered eggs, etc. However, since we were only there to sleep it was ok for one night. I definitely would not have appreciated it for more than that. It was also off the beaten path.
