Let's start with the facts: it's situated on the Jaipur Highway 80 km from Delhi. It's literally on the Highway. it has Haldirams, CCD, Pind Punjab and Kyoto as next door neighbours. On the opposite side of the road are Baba Bharti, Anushree and few other dhabas on the other side of the road. it's a slightly dated property and needs upkeep. The lobby area and other aspects are still alright but the rooms are in relatively bad condition with some or the other facility or feature not working. It attracts a lot of crowd on weekend/long weekend which could be Boys only groups so one needs to keep that in mind. The pool needs to be maintained better and discipline needs to be ensured that people only enter in proper swimming gear post pre-shower but it can be difficult since the evening entertainment which is also the resort highlight is rain dance and after that people do tend to jump into the pool
Another attraction is the adventure activities towards the rear side of the property, there's trained staff with safety gear to help residents practice the activities which is slightly different from other run of the mill properties.
We were a family and needed 3 rooms but were given 3 rooms spaced out across the floor. When we mentioned that there were kids and we needed the rooms together the person at the desk cited inability to address the request. There was a solution we provided him but could not be implemented by him. Also, we were finally given a decent room which had a staff member staying in it. We were flabbergasted to know that it was done after 1 hour of haggling with him and that too after a long drive and when we had already informed the property about our requirement in advance
The breakfast is probably the worst I have ever had in any place that I have stayed whether it was in terms of variety and spread or service or taste and with the eateries just outdoors it's better to take a package without breakfast.
try it ONLY IF YOU MUST if you are getting a really good deal and no other place for a weekend break.

I stayed with my friend for weekend. It was amazing stay. Resort facilities decent. Food was tasty. Staff was Co-operative. Overall it was pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend those, who are planning for weekend celebration.

Nice resort for weekend getaway and team outing. Rooms are spacious and nice. There are many facilities available for team activities. Many options available for foodies. Overall its a decent resort for 1 night.

I stayed with my family.we enjoyed our stay.the staff was very much supportive the food was Delicious. rooms was neat and clean. Hotel facilities likes.. pool, gym,and recreational area well maintained. Restaurant Pind Punjab Da. We like Punjabi theme. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Went to this place with 90 people and arrangements were Average. Ambience to the entrance hall is good, staff is quite courteous. With the kind of gathering we had, they gave us the small hall for Dining which was suffocating. Food was very tasty and fresh but service was a little slow. They also have a pool area where they can help you with some pool games. Facility for playing some indoor games is also there like Table Tennis.
