holes under the carpet.. stains everywhere. rotting food for the breakfast if that what you can call it.
our room was dirty that we tried to get out of it but they wanted to charge us for that option.

We stayed here for o e night to stay close to the ball diamond where we were coaching games in Vancouver. It was Canada day long weekend and prices were crazy in Vancouver and surrounding areas. We paid 130 for the night which was not bad considering. Room was fairly clean but has not been updated in awhile. Wi-Fi was good and walked to a little pizza place down the road for a pick up order. We were stuck for choices because of the long weekend and this hotel filled the gap.

My wife and I stayed over the weekend (3 nights) at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. We went for dinner before checking out the room. When we did, the room reeked of cigarette smoke even thought it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We complained to the manager but we were not moved to a different room nor offered a discount on the price. The room was clean but the place had a worn, thread-bare look. It needs updating and/or renovating. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, and some donuts and muffins. When we checked out on Monday morning the donuts hadn't arrived yet and so there were just some stale muffins.

My wife and I stayed here. Room was clean. Had everything we needed. Fitness room was decent enough for a quick workout. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. I would stay again if passing through Burnaby.

I needed a place to complete a project over three days. The property was clean, staff helpful, parking better then most.
There was water and pop available, fresh linens nicely kept. Kitchenette workable and basic dishes in suite. Simple clean and functional. In the greater Vancouver area.....well priced.
