We really enjoyed our stay here. The welcome on the TV screen is a nice touch too! For a Beatles fan, this is a dream come true.
The location is great, as is their restaurant. Would love to stay here again!

Hotel clean and tidy....rooms good size. Excellent location..close to pier head,museums,restaurants,bars and shops. Everything within walking distance with great bus service up to Anfield for the football.

Have been lucky enough to stay here twice now and it has been brilliant both times. This time I had a balcony room at the front of the building. The two nights were amazing, with great sleep quality. One afternoon was spent with the door to the balcony open and we could here the music from the Cavern drifted in the room and was very relaxing. Great staff and great room, and the view of the Liver birds was amazing. The lounge and the bar were well stocked and service was quick.
Very highly recommended.

Really pleasant staff but bed in the room was very tatty which ruined the whole look of room and as it a was a deluxe room we did expect more than 2 singles beds pushed together which kept separating every time either of us moved

Dear HDN management team,
I would like to bring to your attention the horrendous experience at your location whilst on business.
I booked a single room (513), which was fine, in fact it was lovely where I stayed on Wednesday 8th November. The issue I had was the fact I was placed in an adjoining room with a door that linked the two rooms (the room a young family may take up for instance). Well in short, I might as well have been in that room (514), given no wall and I was able to hear everything for over an hour. To make things worse I believe I was on top of a nightclub – the noise was horrendous. So issue one outlined, I called you desk team - this was resolved by your team.
Moving on to room (122) disabled room – my message at the time of change was ‘I needed to sleep, I was here on business not to party’. Room 122 was as I say a disable access room, which didn’t faze me – what did upset me was yet again I was moved to a room which might as well have been outside. I didn’t get any sleep in your hotel, as there was a constant generator whirling and every so often an aircraft like noise that kept me awake throughout my stay. I am really disappointed and not normally a bearer of negative comment, but having reflected on this experience you need to consider how you cater for your business guests who are staying midweek! I did outline this to your front desk officer on the morning of the 9th.
I would really appreciate if you could look into this and report back how you intend to fix this. I can see this is a place you would stay if part of a party, but as it stands, the hotel is not for a business traveller and I would like to hear about how you intend to restore faith in your hotel.
I’ve never been so let down by a company. I wrote this letter and sent to your General Enq inbox over a week a go, yet still no reply!
If I don’t get anything here from your hotel I’ll go direct to Stephen Fearnley. Surely the manager will look into this!?
