I was travelling with Veena World, and this hotel was booked by them, Overall hotel was good, staff is very polite, flexible to co operate, but lift was always off, electricity cuts many times, These are the common issues we face @ remote places specially hill areas. One more thing is this hotel is too far from market, or even main road, to reach there we need to walk around 1 km from main road and it is too like on top of the hill...

A beautiful Hotel with caring and pleasant staff, clean and tidy rooms, exciting food options, hassle free check in and check out procedures, extremely attentive to the need of visitors, a magnificent view of the snow peaked mountain from the hotel and ideal place to spend holidays, thank you

We had booked five rooms.. all the rooms were amazing.. in my room there was a very nice balcony.. from which the view was awesome.. on the first day there were some issues.. but when we return to hotel after the sight seeing.. after that we had no complains.. I must say.. the food was so tasty.. I must say.. the khichdi kadi was very yummy.. services were on time.. and provided very well..

Great hospitality by all the staff members.
The entire troupe of 19 people were treated with loads of love and respect.
The food was awesome
It's 2 km away on hill from mall road but if you have your own vehicle the location is quite good.
The staff loves their clients.
Will visit again.

Location - very bad, it is like 2 km uphill from the main road (very difficult to find)
Rooms - okay, but there no power twice in 3 days
Food - very good, only thing redeeming about this place, nice buffet.
View from the hotel of the mountains is good.
