I love this place. Perfect place.. great mountain view, big and clean rooms, relaxing spa and pools, gentle employees, good food, but the most important to me... so much fun for kids and parents. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel with a lot of facilities, like wellness with inside and outside swimmingpool and hottube, sauna, solarium etc. also tenniscourt. Nice family with professional staff.
Best hotel in years. Breakfast and dinner is capacious

After having spent with my Family 3 weeks at Harmony Hotel Kircheheimerhof (Carinthia, AUSTRIA) during summer 2016 I can easily state that this has been our BEST VACATION EVER. Few notes below....
- Room: spacious (above 30 sqm), Family oriented (especially for a Family with small children). Cleaning services were provided on regular (daily) basis and the service was simply excellent. Several TOP QUALITY bath amenities were part of the package such as BIO shampoos and Shower Gels, Soaps etc...all items locally produced and natural herbs based. Simply amazing
- Restaurant: incredible...pure gastronomy. The richness of Breakfast was quite impressive, and the variety of choice for dinner was simply astonishing. Dishes presentation was at the level of an internationally recognized restaurant while the quality of products impressed us, mainly due to their local origins, all BIO products indeed
- Facilities: all what we could dream about was there, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (with waterfalls and hydro massage facilities), sauna, steam room, solarium, tennis courts. gym and much, much more....you really can't get better than that. Moreover, the Hotel was equipped with a constantly monitored play ground area where our kids had great fun!!!
- Location: the beautiful Bad Klein Kirchenheim, a fantastic valley in Carinthia. Perfect for both seasons, Winter as well as Summer. The ski lift facilities were operational during summer and VERY useful for reaching incredible scenarios on the top of the mountains surrounding the Harmony Resort.
- Management: outstanding hospitality by Family Hinteregger, who demonstrated a clear understanding of the meaning of "service". Staff was professional, extremely kind and very welcoming.
CONCLUSION: we will definitely come back

We had high expectations of this hotel but it just wasn 't good!I I can imagine, like 20 years ago, that it was a tophotel. But not anymore.
positive points: it is close too the ski slope and we had a spacious room (and that s it for positive points)
negative points:
1. The food: was NOT good, maybe once or twice I had a course at dinner that I could like, but all the rest was a big disappointment.
The starters buffet was practically the same every night. They also recycle their food a lot. Sometimes desserts from the night before appeared again at breakfast!!!
The skisnack in their lodge was terrible, we ate it but our kids couldn't, except one time when they served lasagna
2.The staff was very unfriendly except for one or two, we had to wait for ages to order water at diner, also coffee in the morning. The lady that makes the omelet in the morning was rude several times.
For several things we had to go and ask 3 times..
3. the skiroom is to small, there is not seating place, you have to go and sit on the terras chairs.
4. We asked for a room with seperate children s room, they had to sleep in a sofa bed (not a problem for us) but it was rock hard.
We would not return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

We're currently staying here, just have one more day unfortunately.
The hotel was great from moment one!
The service is one of the best I've ever had, the food is amazingly tasty the spa and the room as well are comfortable and clean!
They've got Sky football TV in the rooms, awesome cocktails worth their price, 5 different saunas and an amazing panorama relaxing area.
Thanks for everything already, I'll miss it!!
