Quality and value were there for me, had a good nights sleep, was comfortable enough with the cleanliness of the room to do my stretches on the floor. Only issue was a musty odor that never completely away. Breakfast and internet service were both good.

The suite was large and well-furnished. The air conditioner kept the room quite cold. There was a stain on the couch, and the veneer on the table was peeling on the edge. The mattress sagged on one side, but I found the other side to sag less and to be good enough to sleep for one night. The biggest problem was the noise from the expressway outside my window. Even with the blackout curtains drawn and earplugs in, I could still hear the loudest traffic (motorcycles and large trucks). I was probably awakened at least 20 times. The breakfast was good, and the shower was very hot and had good water pressure. The guy at the front desk when I checked in was professional. I had to wait a few minutes to check out because the woman at the front desk was talking to someone on the phone.

This was our 1st time staying at a Hawthorn Suites. First impression...reminded me of an extended stay type of property. Check in was smooth & the front desk representative very friendly.
Upon entering our room, there was a musty, mildewy smell that was very unpleasant. Perhaps this was due to flooding from Hurricane Irma?...however if that was the case, something should have been done to get rid of the "old wet " smell. The room was clean, it was late, and we were only staying one night, so we didn't make a fuss.
Breakfast was typical of any hotel offering a free breakfast. However, the designated area was very tight and crowded, with not much room to navigate or comfortably spread out to eat. We ended up taking our food back to the room to eat.
Most likely, will not stay here again.

The hotel was convenient, clean, well managed, comfortable and had a great breakfast bar. My only complaint was a very small one, my passcard did not work the first time and I had to return it to the front desk. Other than that, everything was excellent.
