Belated review, but worth your attention. I stayed at Heidl Guest House from October 8th until the morning of the12th, and what a pleasure it was. It is located within walking distance from the Railway Station, and a bus stop is virtually on its doorstep and the variety of shops, restaurants and sites to see are close by. I had a twin room complete with a spotlessly clean (just look at the pictures) and roomy Bathroom, which was serviced daily. Breakfast was served in a large, bright and airy Dining Room where the tables are positioned to either engage with other guests or keep to oneself...which I personally cannot. Made to order, served in abundance and piping hot the breakfast will certainly see you well into the afternoon. Jackie, the host, is a warm and welcoming person who has opened up her home to one and all who wish to enjoy the comfort, relaxation, but above all, peace and quiet, to which this guest house offers up all and more. I highly recommend this establishment and if I ever have the opportunity to visit Perth again, there is only ONE place I would consider.....Heidl Guest House.

Little Gem

Love this place. Jackie was lovely, we had a warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, as was the en-suite. The beds were really comfy, the linen was ironed, and they smelt lovely and fresh. The breakfast was superb, with so much choice in a bright and modern dining room. Jackie also had no problem with making something that wasn't on the menu, for my daughter, which was much appreciated. Would definately recommend. Value for money, very child friendly. Thank you

Easy walk from train station

This guest house was a boon for us. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and also made walking the city very easy. The proprietess was quite welcoming and helpful. We arrived early so were able to leave our bags there while we went off to explore. The room was cozy, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a treat! A full Scottish breakfast with plenty of coffee (or tea) and a menu choice which you could choose the night before.

Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heidl. Jackie went above and beyond with everything to do with the B&B. Breakfast was perfect (and large), room was clean and comfortable and she was very friendly/helpful to us. Highly recommend

Top of the Ladder

This was by far the best stay we had in the two weeks touring round Scotland, the Owners were excellent very friendly,helpful and informative.
The whole place was spotless the room was like home from home,great, central enough to walk into the City and all that was on offer.
Breakfast freshly cooked along with the usual Cereals etc, and what more could you wish ,very enjoyable, would highly recommend.
