Average hotel
on 15/08/2017 13:47Reasonable 3 star hotel. Room is clean and tidy HOWEVER it stinks of cigarette smoke, which as non smokers we found disgusting. Bed was very hard.
Breakfast is excellent however. Wide variwty. Staff are also very helpful and friendly.
Not that great
Korellion 22/05/2017 01:31Can hear everyone walking through the corridors. Rooms are ok conditions beds were comfy. Bathrooms are semi outdated. We had 2 double beds which were literally next to each other so did not get a great sleep. Normally there would be some seperation.
Breakfast was ok.
Customer service was pretty poor

WeirInTheWorldon 21/06/2016 15:32This hotel is very clean and tidy, and centrally located. The Warner Bros. Trojan Horse that was donated to Çanakkale is about 300m down the waterfront and there are many restaurants and shops just around the corner on the main road. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is delicious and full of variety.
A bit ho-hum -- defintely not a hotel to launch a thousand ships

Its biggest advantage is its location -- bang on the main street of Canakkale and handy for the ferry. Unfortunately this made for a noisy night -- there was a truck running its engine outside the room at 3 am, audible in spite of the window's being firmly closed.
The room was adequate and clean, but not spacious. The shower was eccentric. There was no English language channel on the room TV, though there is SKY in the lobby.
We had an evening meal which was of average quality, as was the breakfast.
Good location for a quick stay but staff not that friendly
BazTan27on 10/05/2016 04:25It's conveniently located around the central where you can find restaurants everywhere within walking distance. The room is comfortable as well and breakfast is okay too.
Not sure if only we encountered not so friendly staffs in concierge but averagely everything is good.
