We have stopped here a few times for having a meal. Though the place is neat and nicely decorated but the service and food is only average. Haveli's are generally famous for showcasing Punjabi culture and tasty food so if you're not exactly getting that then it's just a regular restaurant. So on that basis I give it 3 stars.

After driving down from hills of Manali for almost 6 hrs this is the first branded places to eat it has everything like other Havalies but the quality of service and food is 50% but you have no better option

We have been to Heritage Haveli a couple of times,Recently we were there for dinner on our way to Mohali.
We were a small group,just two couples and an associate.We went for dinner.Over all environment was attractive,in and out both.Food ordered was served well on time,excellent conduct of the serving staff and tasty mouth watering dishes.
Looks like,we will come here again and again.

A bunch of us stopped here for lunch, on the way from Manali to Chandigarh. The food was below average, the salty lassi was chhaas and not lassi, the pakoras in the kadhi were hard and stale. And just overall it wasnt a good meal and I find it safe to say that I could find much better tasting and more authentic Punjabi food in most other states.
But the worst bit was the service. Our server dropped and entire glass of water on my phone, and didn't even have the basic decency to apologize! I'm used to the service standards of Bombay I guess, but this was just downright terrible service. After dropping the water on my phone he just stared at me while I stare back and then continues serving us and leaves. Not even a half assed "sorry" did I get out of him.
Wouldn't go back here even if I were starving. There's a CCD in the same building, would probably just eat there instead.

we stopped here on our way to Manali and back on the way from Manali to Delhi. the restaurant is spacious and clean and u get both indian and continental food. we had hot paranthas and sandwiches for breakfast and it was both tasty and good.
on the way back we stopped for lunch and we had thali and it was good too.
this is one pit stop that i would recommend if you are on the way to Manali from Delhi.
