We reached there & find property good but when it comes to check inn the room it was totally disappointing on the name of heritage. we waited to provide a proper room till 2 hours and front desk people didn't listen or supported till 2 hours . it was like bagging for room after reaching this property 11 hours long journey by car, we found the poor support and neglected front desk staff. they didn't took any courtesy to check our feed back also . even we talked with manager they also have arrogant way towards us till next day we check out in front of him he didn't ask a single word about our stay.. if any one who are use to 5 star rated hospitality don't expect it here, for us personally its worst ever experience for us .

Amazing people , Amazing Food , Amazingly clean , Near To TAJ and Club Mahindra , Amazing Location ... Family Friendly , Infinite pool , More safe and decent people around .... Must go place to experience Coorg.

The approach road to the resort is narrow but decent. You have to continue on the same road after Rajas seat garden in madikeri The resort comes after the mahindra holiday home. It around 4 to 5 km from madikeri town. This is a very beautiful property situated on a hlll top. The rooms do not have AC and we did not feel it was required even during the month of May. The rooms and bathrroms are quite spacious and neat. The view from the resturant and pool is just awesome as it is located on the highest point of the property. The resort may not be suitable for senior citizens who have problem in walking as you to climb up to reach the restaurant. For the same reason, the kids may not like it as there is no place to run around and play even though they have an activity room which has snooker table, table tennis, chess and a small library.
The only negative point of this resort is the food which is very average for the price they are charging. Most of the items are bland and devoid of any taste. Hope the resort improves on this aspect

Just visited this place last week as a reunion with a friend after 18 years. The tranquillity is just out of the world. The rustic cottages and the peace on backyards of rain forest takes u to different world.
The sky pool, jungle walks, flora and fauna, food n bar everything is just outstanding. Very humble and courteous staff made our stay worh remembering ...

Very helpful staff and the ambience is great.
I would like to visit the place during monsoons.i pretty much stayed within the resort. Being a vegetarian i found the spread great.
Wish they include more activity for kids.
