We stay in Hermitage Hotel for one night in the middle of August . Room was clean and comfortable , easy parking , good location . Staff is just brilliant ,very helpful and friendly. All in all , very good stay and value for money .

I had booked to stay for one night in the hotel for business reasons. I chose it because of the good reviews, its economic price and its convenient location for my work the next day. Unfortunately, due to some irregularities of Alitalia flights (probably the most terrible airline!) and a big delay, I missed my connecting flight to Genoa and, thus, my stay at the hotel. In the meanwhile, I was able to inform the hotel owners about the problems and that I would only know at the very last moment whether I would be able to fly to Genoa on the night of the booking. At all times, they immediately replied and were extremely helpful.
Based on the conditions of my booking, the owners could charge my credit card for the no-show night. This is why I did not ask for any different treatment. I was very positively surprised to get an email from the hotel informing me that they would not make me pay for the night I did not stay. I really appreciate and thank them for such honest and nice treatment. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will choose it the next time I go to Genoa - hopefully with a less adventurous trip!

We stayed at the Herminatge Hotel in Genoa for 3 night during last summer. The room's simple, but it's ok, clean, big enough, comfortable for 3 nights for 1 couple. The building is oryginal, in unique, ligurian style, Location and surrounding are very quiet, altought there's near street with shops, cafes and bus stops. Free living parrots were singing out the window every morning, it was amazing! Staff very helpful and kind, speaking english, feel like home. The breakfest's good. Privat parking on-site. We'd like to come back, we'll for sure!

We stayed there for a week or so during summer, the surrounding is lovely and peaceful, the hotel is very clean and simple, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location, the sea promenade is only 8 minute walk from the hotel and the city centre is reachable by bus!

Unique style, sea view, excellent breakfast for only 6 € per person, huge parking lot, very helpful staff. Just 5 minutes walk to a swimmable and equipped beach. Short ride by bus 42 to the city center.
It would be nice to have a WIFI in the room and some international TV channels, but their absence is not a big deal. Overall, amazing stay and great value for the price!
