NTVBOBon 07/11/2017 20:16you cant beat the location of this upscale hotel. great lavish breakfast . 15 mins to to the Guggenheim. 15 minutes to the old city. Great loc right on the river. Only problem was front desk people have to loosen up a little.

pjl124on 05/11/2017 22:18Great hotel. Very close to the Guggenheim, a short walk to the Old Town and to the main streets full of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the staff was really good. WiFi quality was also great. I’d only suggest that they improve the water pressure in the shower, because it was pretty bad. Also, they had changed the A/C system into heating only and this was a problem for us, because the weather during our visit was unusually warm and even with the heating off, it was too warm. I understand that this is usually not the case for November, but they should have turned on the A/C for these days.

Salvador Hon 05/11/2017 20:05Very modern and beautiful hotel located in a very nice neighborhood and very close to the Museum. Rooms are little bigger than the regular hotels. And they have a parking lot in the basement.The hotel serves a very good breakfast.

When we arrived, we noticed that one of the biggest airlines have their staff stay here.
Seemed assuring.
And correctly.
The room we stayed in had firm, yet very comfortable beds. The bath room was spacey.
The room was neither small nor big. Just right.
The staff in the reception are well versed in English, and helpful.
There is no gym in the hotel.
But! Ask the staff and you can get a ticket for a discounted price to a gym, right across the river, 4 minute walk.
I trained all 3 days during my stay.
The WiFi is good, had no issues with it.
The location is hard to beat.
Walking distance to the old city (15 minutes walk, probably faster than trying to grab a cab).
Even closer to Guggenheim. 8-10 minutes max.
I highly recommend this hotel.
There was no air condition available when we were there, in November.
It looks like it might be turned on in the summer season. Ask.
Excellent hotel
Rekha Lon 28/10/2017 21:31Right in the heart of town, this hotel is very handy for Old town, museums etc. Rooms are spotless. Breakfasts is amazing, they have a fantastic tea counter with great tea selection. We had dinner one night which was superb for the price. We will come back again!
