I stayed in NH Granada Centro for 2 nights. The hotel has some identity issues since the name outside is different (very confusing). Also it is obvious it’s a 3 star hotel, the front desk hardly said anything when we walked past.
Our room was clean, nothing special in decor or anything. View was 1 meter to another building. The room was very hot, so we had to sleep the window open.
Beakfast was very nice. Only minus comes from the bread selection: poorly baked pre baked rolls and toasts from a plastic bag!
The location of this hotel os perfect! Close to everything in the city!

This is a lovely hotel. It is beautifully appointed with an authentic Andalusian charm. The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was big, very clean and comfortable. We booked bed and breakfast for three nights and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close enough to the Alhambra, the Albaycin, Sacremento, the cathedral and Royal Chapel to walk everywhere if you're fit enough. But buses run from the main street just 5 minutes walk away.

We spent two nights in this hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Our room was nice, clean and big enough. We were on the ground floor and I was suspecting a lot of noise in the evening, but it was fine. The breakfast was good. Most of what we wanted to see in Granada was within walking distance. Tons of restaurants nearby. The city is incredibly interesting. See the caves, Albaicin and of course, the Alhambra. It could be hard to find, however, we had a taxi driver. If you plan to get there on your own, make sure your GPS is updated! Staff are very helpful. Would love to return some day.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October, coinciding with National Day. The place was buzzing but service was good and our room was quiet - quite a small bed for a double room but the bathroom was large and spacious. Breakfast buffet was really good, wide variety of good quality food and drink. Reception staff very helpful, especially in organising our private transfer collecting us. It's not the easiest of places to drive up to if you have a big car, as our driver from Malaga discovered, as it is down a narrow street. But if on foot - nice and central. We would definitely return.

Don't be put off when your taxi stops in a little square down a narrow cobbled street and you are faced with a uninviting first sight of the hotel.Once you pass through the modern automatic door everything changes.The reception is bright and airy comfortable and welcoming and the staff could not be more helpful whether on arrival with assistance throughout your stay. The room was excellent, spacious spotlessly clean and well equipped and the same can be said of the bathroom and the hotel in general.It is very well located just a short walk to various squares and side streets full of bars restaurants and local shops and a main shopping street with Zara etc just 2 mins walk away. The only tiny failing was the price of the breakfast but actually this just encouraged us to stroll to one of the many local haunts to eat tomato on toast and drink very good tea or coffee at silly prices.Overall the hotel contributed to a very enjoyable stay in Granada , we have already recommended it to friends who are visiting next year and should we return we will definitely stay there .again
