Apart from the front door, which looks like the entrance to a night-club, this little converted Bank offers great accommodation in the heart of the city. It's near everything - Albert Dock, Liverpool One shopping, the local train system and the business offices. With all this - it was lovely and quiet over 3 nights.

I would like to thank James on reception for arranging the booking. Perfect location for shopping / eating out / bars on the corner and the Caveners club / docks all in walking distance. Lovely stay would definitely go back.

Excellent littel gem right in the center of Liverpool nice restaurant serounding the property not a lot of parking but room are fantastic really enjoyed my stay there price was reasonable aswell all though it was quite noisy in the morning when bin men arrive

Great hotel, immaculate throughout. Spacious and pleasant helpful staff. Well situated to access all local attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant but directly opposite is a lovely little cafe where you can buy breakfast also you can get a discount in several restaurants using a card given to you from the Heywood.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here since my daughter started University. Staff are polite and helpful and accommodation always clean and very comfortable. Hotel is very central and easy to walk anywhere within the city. Will be back .
